Quality Outcomes
Department of Public
Health Inspection
All long-term care and short-term
rehabilitative facilities must be surveyed by a team of clinical
inspectors within a 15-month window every year. The team, which
consists of a combination of registered nurses, social workers,
and dieticians, come unannounced and inspect all aspects of services
we provide. The survey usually lasts 3-4 days. The average number
of deficiencies statewide is six.
- Webster Manor Healthcare Center
has had three deficiency free surveys in the last four years.
- Webster Manor Healthcare Center
hired the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations
(JCAHO) to conduct an additional inspection and received 3-year
accreditations and has been accredited for over 9 years.
- Webster Manor Healthcare Center
scores in the high 90% Customer
Satisfaction rating.
We meet daily as a team to review
all medical clinical issues, rehabilitation progress, and discharge
planning, along with family and psychosocial issues. Our team
consists of registered nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social
workers, administration, recreation, physical plant, and dietary
staff. We take pride in the service we provide and will gladly
share our superior outcome measurement with you when you come
for a tour.
