Department of Public Health Inspection
All long-term care and short-term rehabilitative facilities must be surveyed by a team of clinical inspectors within a 15-month window every year. The team, which consists of a combination of registered nurses, social workers, and dieticians, come unannounced and inspect all aspects of services we provide. The survey usually lasts 3-4 days. The average number of deficiencies statewide is six. |
